How a Workout Can Burn Calories all Day to Help You Get That Tone Stomach

Anyone looking to find information on how to get that tone stomach and burn more calories, you need to read the article in the Daily Mail on the 3rd September by Daniel Bates from New York. What it said was that by doing a workout our bodies continue to burn calories long after you have stopped training. The researcher was from a University in North Carolina. Well this is something I have none about for some time, and have taught too many friends, that if you want to get a tone stomach, the best way to do it is to exercise which will burn more calories long after you have finished your training session.

The reason being is that your body uses energy to repair the muscle tissues long after you have finished your workout. Resulting in more calories being burned which will help you to tone your stomach. How much will depend on what sort of workout you have done. To how long your workout lasted. It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, this works for all!

There are two types of workout you can do to help burn those calories, the first is cardio training, swimming, running, cycling and rowing, and anything where it involves stamina that will increase your cardio which in turn will help to burn calories. The other method is weight training, now this is more popular with men due to the fact that if they eat right and train hard, you can develop a good shape and toned muscles. This has always been my way of working out to keep a tone stomach.

But ladies, you should use weights in your workout plan to help tone your stomach, the reason is that by using weights your muscles will tighten up, which in return will help you to get a good shape, and with a calorie controlled diet, you will only tone up and not get big muscles as everyone thinks if they use weights.  You see your body will repair the muscle tissue after the workout, so if you control your calorie intake and to a level that maintains your weight, you will only end up with a toned body, because if you are not eating extra calories, your body can not build bigger muscles due to the lack of nutrition to help build bigger muscles.

Makes sense yes? Well it works, trust me, after training for over 27 years now, and in that time my waist has maintained the same size since I was 16, I think you can take my word that working out with weights with a calorie controlled diet will help you to keep a tone stomach and body for a long time to come. I have tried many training methods over the years to help me keep in shape, researched about nutrition to find out the best way to help my digestive system, and learned about how to speed up my metabolism to keep those calories burning so I keep my tone stomach.

    The different types of workouts you can do to keep burning calories are the ones where you have worked the muscle tissue to a stage where it has broken down and needs to repair itself.

    Best way to think of it is, the bigger the muscle group, the more energy it needs to repair itself.

    Thank you for letting us know the type of workout we need to really achieve a well toned stomach. I think it’s important, because I didn’t realize that I not only need to do cardio exercise but I also need to weight training. Of course a strict diet is also required. I must do my best if I really want to look my best!

      That’s right, to be able to have the best toned stomach you need to do a all over workout, this will tighten your core section a lot quicker than just ab exercises alone. Good luck
